If you have specific mobility issues, are recovering from an injury or just want a more personal approach, then we also offer 1 to 1 sessions.
Classes last for approximately 45 – 60 minutes and are hosted by a fully qualified and carefully selected instructor, with years of experience to ensure each class is of the highest quality.

At The Pilates Movement, we provide a range of Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Pre & Post Natal and Barre Classes to include all abilities with an extensive timetable that is fully bookable through our easy to use app. No matter busy you are, there should be a time slot that works for you.
We also offer Personal Training sessions for your more specific needs. 1-2-1 training is also a great way to accelerate your results, or as an introduction to the Reformer.

The Pilates Movement was founded by husband and wife team, Jeff and Jane. Their vision was to create a friendly, community focused Pilates studio with classes hosted by the very best industry professionals with a goal of delivering amazing results to their members.

Our studio sessions mainly adhere to the Dynamic Reformer Style and also utilize the traditional Pilates Reformer. One of our most popular classes is Dynamic Pilates, a fast-flowing class that aims to restore the body’s natural balance and allows you to swiftly move from one exercise to the other. It comprises of a series of controlled movements that greatly focus on the core muscles present in the lower back area.
